面膠采用非接觸式點噴膠作業(yè),實現(xiàn)膠寬細(xì)小及膠厚微薄的膠水涂布，滿足過小的IC縫點膠工藝要求；

針對黑白屏、TFT、COF、極限COG、OLED產(chǎn)品點膠方案； 膠閥針嘴/噴閥噴嘴帶自動清洗功能，膠水用完自動報警檢測。
